If your property was built prior to 1978, we can help.

To get you a Lead Paint Clearance Certification

Step 1: The pre=inspection is performed by a licensed lead paint inspector or a clearance technician who will perform an visual inspection and a comprehensive consultation to help the landlord understand how to identify Lead-paint hazards and find a solution to abate the hazard.

Repair, renovation, painting and cleaning options will be discussed.

Step 2: The  Lead Paint Risk Assessment (Cleveland) or Clearance Examination (Cleveland Heights)  is performed by a Lead-Paint Risk Assessor or a clearance technician who is licensed to provide a Clearance Report which will satisfy the requirements of governmental agencies like the Cities of Cleveland and Cleveland Heights.
