Or we can advise you on how to do the work yourself.
Pursuant to an Executive Order signed by Mayor Justin Bibb, the City of Cleveland now requires a Lead Risk Assessment on all properties as the first step towards clearance. We are licensed to perform the Lead Risk Assessment and we are here to guide you through the entire process to achieve lead clearance.
Even after clearance is achieved, we are here to assist you in applying for rebates which are currently offered at $750.00 per unit, up to 12 units.
A Risk Assessment is the best alternative for Buildings with more than 4 units. The Risk Lead Clearance allows for the sampling of units so that fewer units are examined so that you ultimately save money. Coupled with rebates this makes for a very affordable alternative for multi-unit owners.
Risk Assessment pricing requires a no-cost personal consultation.
